Visiting your dentist every six months can provide a quality teeth cleaning but also regular checkups to detect any potential problems before they become significant issues. Your teeth and mouth will feel much cleaner after each regular dental cleaning, which can have a direct impact on your emotional confidence level.

5. Avoid smoking. Smoking and even drinking coffee throughout the day can lead to gum disease, yellowing of teeth, and other problems. Smoking can also lead to numerous oral cancers, including tongue, lip, cheek.

6. Whiten your teeth. Even though many teeth whiteners are not that effective, there are some that can be incredibly beneficial, especially if your teeth are not tremendously stained.
